How To Install A Floating Dancing Fountain

Manual For Installation of A Floating Dancing Fountain By  Himalaya Music Fountain

1.Float assembly

1-1.Tools and machinery needed: Hydraulic Lift, Forklift, Pulleys (with a movable frame), other common tools like wrenches, pliers, welding machine and so on
1-2.Steps
1) Prepare a flat space as large as the float if you want to assemble the float at one time. If space is not sufficient, we could also assemble the float by the section;
2) Find and locate the connection pipes (Boxes) as per drawings(Just connect flanges as per drawings, and connect flanges with the markings)
3) Use forklift to lay the float pipes, and connect the flanges to connection boxes

2.Fountain Assembly

Install the fountain as per sequence as follows
1) Install 3D jets brackets, high jet tanks, and water screen tanks to the connection boxes
2) Install the pumps as per drawings
3) Install branch pipes, valves, solenoid valves, led lights, and solenoid valves
4) Connect cables for led lights, solenoid, pumps, and use epoxy for water-proofing
5) Give power to LED lights, and use light tester to test led address as per control-correspondence diagram.

3.Fountain Craning and Connection in water

1) For this particular fountain, structure is advised to be divided into 5 sections. Each Section around 8-10 tons
2) As craning extended distance is quite much, 2 sets of 50-ton cranes are advised to be used, each with no less than 4 soft belts, and each belt properly fastened before lifting
3) Use one crane for flange connection between sections
4) Use man-power, or a boat to tow the whole float to desired location
5) Anchor the float properly

4.Cable Connection to Panel

1) For pumps: Connect cables from equipment to control panel. Mind that there shall be no connection on the way;
2) For Solenoid Valves, every 2 valves will use a 3-core cable from equipment to Multicore cable, and Every 37*1 cable is for 28-30 valves from float to control panel
3) For LED, use a 2*6 cable for each transformer, there are totally 7 ones, one for each circle of 3d nozzles(total 5), and 2 for chasing jets. And use 2*0.75 screened cable for led signal, each line shall be 20-24 lights only.
4) For digital motor power, a 4*1.5 cable from equipment to panel
5) For digital sensor, a 3*0.75 screened cable from equipment to panel.

5.Testing

General Principal: All MCB,MCCB shall be turned off, when power is to be connected.
Testing sequence: Always test the low voltage equipment first. To be exact. 1. LED Lights(24V), 2. Digital Motors and Sensors, 3. Solenoid 4. Pumps
Other useful hints for testing
1) Pumps’ rotation direction shall be tested /corrected one by one, with phase-sequence;
2) Swing motors’ testing could be done by Himalaya Music Fountain software
3) LED control should be cross-checked again.
4) Cables shall be properly fastened after testing, especially for the swing motors. (Cables shall not block the way of swinging, rotating)

6.Computer testing and programming

Himalaya Music Fountain will give a testing software for computer, and site team shall test the whole fountain channel by channel as per correspondence document
A testing programming will be loaded after the above, and then could move on to show programming.
